    The Place

      Enjoy riding your OHV out of our RV Park to the County Road 15 ATV Trails (w/town permit flag). Fish the gold metal waters of the Rio Grande, or one of the 14 lakes in surrounding area. Quiet mountain town with plenty to explore, scenic drives, fresh mountain air!

      All sites are 50 or 30 amp, full hookup.

      No Camper? No Problem, We offer two onsite campers for rent.

      Park Rules & Directions

      Check In: 1:00 - 9:00 pm ~ Check Out: 11:00

      One passenger vehicle OR OHV/Motorcycle and one RV per site

      Rates include 2 persons per site. Kids stay free.  Rates for additional persons over 17 - per day, per person.

      Speed Limit 5 mph around the RV Park.

      Quiet Time is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please be considerate of others

      Please let the park office know if you have overnight guests.

      Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Please do not allow your pet to disturb other guests. Please keep pets to off of our neighbor's lawns/landscapes. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. Maximum 3 pets per site

      Community firepit is for all to share. Propane and charcoal fires may be allowed in approved containers at your site. Please check with the office for fire restrictions.

      You may see visiting wildlife in the park (we are in bear country!). Please don't put yourself or our wild animals at risk by approaching them. Never leave food, pet food, or garbage out during the day or at night. Do not feed the deer.
