The Place
Crow’s Nest is a beautiful RV park tucked away in nature, backing up to a creek just south of Indianola, Iowa, one mile off 65/69. We’re just far enough away from town to have a weekend escape, yet close enough for modern conveniences you might find yourself needing. We offer 30/50 amp service, sewer & water hookups, wi-fi, and cable TV. Sites are anywhere from 70 to 100 feet long to accomodate all kinds of camping activities. Crow’s Nest also offers laundry facilities and restrooms for registered guests.

Campground rules
We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!
QUIET TIME: 10 p.m. to 7a.m.
SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.
CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
PETS: Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave them unattended. No excessive barking is allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Only golf carts must be registered in the office. There will be a fee to register for the year. Proof of insurance no off-roading
VEHICLE REPAIRS: Vehicles and RVs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.
RV WASHING: You are not permitted to wash your RV. Please check with our main office for more details.
VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES: Grounds for ejection from the park without refund
FORMS OF PAYMENTS: We accept all Major Credit Cards, debit or cash, no checks.
CANCELLATIONS Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited. For monthly stays, a 0 cancelation fee will be deducted from your reservations.
National Balloon classics any reservations made for this event are non-refundable.
National Sprint cars any reservations made for this event are non-refundable.
No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time, listed above) will be considered a no-show and subject to the same cancellation policies.

OTHER CAMPSITE GUIDELINES Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of in sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.
DEPOSITS At least One night’s rate is taken when the reservation is booked.

Holidays: The full reservation amount must be paid at booking.
Three-day minimum stay for holiday weekends.
During the county, fair Three-day minimums stay.
During Balloon days Three-day minimum stay.
During State Fair, Three-day minimum stay.
National in Knoxville Three-day minimum required.
The Guest assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by insects or other animals. Resort and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE, AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT A REFUND. PARK STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS.
CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO THE WHIMS OF MOTHER NATURE!
