CEDAR COVE RV PARK RULES

THE SPEED LIMIT IN OUR PARK IS 10 MPH. PLEASE RESPECT THIS. The danger of hurting someone, or someone’s pet, is not worth it! Repeated Violators will be asked to leave our park.

Safety Codes are required to open all entrance doors to our shower and laundry facilities. These codes will be provided to you at check in and are important for all our safety please do not share them. Snakes and other unwanted critters are present and will enter if the doors are left open so PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE OR PROP THE DOORS OPEN.

·        Check out is 12:00 pm. There is the option for late checkout until 3 pm for a fee. We will charge late checkout if you are in your site by 12:30 pm. If you have taken the late checkout option and your rig is still in your site by 3:30 pm, you will automatically be charged for another night. Staying late inconveniences our business and our other guests. Repeat offenders will be banned from the park.

·        All Cedar Cove facilities are for the use of our guests only. Exceptions to this can only be obtained from Cedar Cove Management.

·        One self-contained RV per site. Tents are not permitted. 2 vehicles and 1 boat only

·        Well-behaved pets are welcome, limited to 2 per site. Pets cannot be left unattended outside the RV. Barking that disturbs other guests is not tolerated. Pets must be on a leash within the park. YOU must clean up after YOUR pet.

·        This is an adult park. Guests with children are welcome to stay up to two weeks. Please do not allow your children in or around any of our facilities without accompanying them. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.

·        The Cedar Cove daily rate is for 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests are per person, per night. Extra guests use more water and electricity.

·        Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM each day. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Loud noises, disturbing behavior towards other guests at any time, is not allowed at any time. Fireworks are not permitted within the park.

·        Please keep your site neat and clean, and free of trash. Do not use grills on our picnic tables or sit on top of them.

·        Washing of any vehicle and major repairs are not allowed in the park.

·        Valid credit cards are required for all stays at Cedar Cove. This will be used in the event an amount is due on your account that remains unpaid for 7 days or longer.

·        Please do not park, drive, or walk through another tenant’s site, occupied or not.

·        ATVs ARE TO BE USED TO GET TO THE TRAILS ONLY

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone. Thank You for helping to keep Cedar Cove a fun and safe place to come!
