You’ll feel like you’re getting away from it all when you pull into this KOA, where half of the 20-acre campground is wooded. We’re just off I-70 and close to all the city sights. Park on a shaded, pull thru or choose an air-conditioned Camping Cabin. Mini golf, swimming, a playground and sports courts entertain kids and adults. Kansas City offers loads to do: Cheer the Royals and Chiefs. Shop at the famous Country Club Plaza, Crown Center and outlet malls. Visit Harry Truman’s home, library and museum. Be sure to ask where to sample the city’s famous barbecue too.
