Park Rules & Directions

CreekFire Resort Rules and Regulations

All guests will adhere to the Rules as herein set forth or the Rules as amended and will abide by all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations relating to CreekFire Motor Ranch. Any guest who fails to adhere to the Rules may be asked to leave the Resort at the sole discretion of CreekFire. Becoming a guest of CreekFire Motor Ranch constitutes the affirmative consent of each guest to the jurisdiction of the laws and regulating bodies.

General Rules of CreekFire Motor Ranch

·        Please be courteous to your neighbors and our staff. If you arrive late or early in the morning (see late check-in policy), please keep noise to a minimum. Office hours are 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 7 days a week.

·        Please be a responsible pet owner. Pick up after your pet and be aware of your pet. All pets must be kept on a leash and there is a limit of 3 pets per site.

·        No pets inside the pool area, Lakehouse, Bathhouses and laundry area.

·        Always keep children supervised. Children under 16 who do not have a driver’s license are not allowed to operate a golf cart or vehicle inside the resort.

·         Our quiet hours are 10PM – 8AM. Please be respectful of these hours and be courteous of other guests who are sleeping.

·        The pool hours are 8AM – 9PM. This includes the main pool, kids pool and hot tub.

·        The speed limit for the resort is 10 MPH. Please do not speed through the park.

·        No RV or vehicle repairs, maintenance or fluid changes are allowed in the park. Structures external to the RV and not an integral part of the RV are not allowed including but not limited to storage sheds, work benches, fences and steps.

·        We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Please lock your camper or cabin when leaving it. If something is lost we will attempt to help you locate it. The park takes no liability for vandalism, loss or other damages to property and/or injury to persons arising out of use of the facilities or caused by others while on the premises. Use of all facilities is at your own risk. Park guests are financially responsible for any malicious damage to CreekFire’s property. Willful damage or defacing park property will be cause for immediate expulsion from the park and prosecution.

·        We can accept packages (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. for your convenience. Please have our address, with a C/O your name and site or cabin number.

·        Alcohol is permitted in our resort, with a few minor considerations. When in the common areas, please use plastic or Styrofoam only. No glass is permitted in pool area. All guests are expected to drink responsibly and exhibit good personal behavior. Unruly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the resort without refund. Please do not bring outside alcohol into the bar/restaurant area, instead you may purchase alcohol at the bar and take it “to goâ€�.

·        We are in an area with lots of wildlife around us. Please do not feed any wild animals you see, and do not approach them. If there is the threat of danger, alert any staff member you may see or call the front desk immediately.

 

RV Site Appearance

·        Please keep site clean. No trash, paper, or pet waste laying around your site. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a proper container or ashtray, no throwing of lit cigarettes or cigars.

·        No clothing lines or clothes hanging out to dry.

·        Only 2 vehicles in addition to the RV are allowed per site. There will be extra parking located around the resort, but we do not guarantee space for extra vehicles.

·        When using the fire ring at your cabin, please be aware of it and make sure that it is supervised. CreekFire is not responsible for any damage caused.

·        When connecting your RV to the sewer line, we require that you use a sewer donut for the connection. We have them available for purchase in the General Store. Do not pour grease down the sewer line. Wastewater must be discharged into authorized receptacles only and never onto the ground.

·        Please place any trash from your site in the can provided and daily pick-up is at 10AM. Do not put trash out the night before as the natural environment of the grounds tends to attract unwanted animals. If you miss trash pick-up or have trash at other times, there is a dumpster for your convenience located by the maintenance building.

CreekFire Motor Ranch Cabin Policies

·        Check-in for cabins is 2PM and check-out is 11AM. If you require early check-in or would like to request late check-out, please ask the front desk and we will work to accommodate your request.

·        When making a reservation, a valid credit card is required to be kept on file as a security deposit. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and AMEX.

·        The maximum number of guests per cabin is set and limited. Over-occupancy of any cabin is subject to a charge of 0 per person, per day, over the listed set maximum occupancy. Guests are welcome to have up to 4 (four) “day guestsâ€� per cabin, per day. Guests must come to the front desk in the clubhouse to check-in with the front desk staff and obtain an armband. The charge for “day guestsâ€� is per person, per day.

·        Your linens and towels are provided in your cabin for your convenience. We do not offer complimentary daily maid service. If you would like maid service, with fresh linens and towels, the charge is per person, per day. You are welcome to call or come up to the front desk to request new towels whenever you need.

·        We will provide pool towels for you to use at the pool.

·        Please do not take any of the appliances provided in the cabins. If you do, there will be an additional charge. Damages to the cabin will be assessed and charged to your account. There is no smoking inside the cabins. If there has been smoking in the cabins, we will charge a 0 fee.

 

 

 

 

Creek Fire Motor Ranch Amenities

·        We provide set parking areas for golf carts and cars for you to use. Please do not park on the grass or in the streets.

·        The pools, including hot tubs and kids’ pools, are not monitored by a lifeguard. Please swim and enjoy at your own risk. All children under the age of 14 MUST be supervised when using the pools and the amenities. All our amenities are seasonal. Our pool hours can change due to season and are subject to closure for: inclement weather, cold temperatures, injuries, etc. There are rules posted in all pool areas.

·        At each RV site and cabin there is a grill and fire ring for your use. Please use caution when using the grill and do not move the grill from its allocated space.

·        The laundry and bathhouse facilities are open 24/7.

·        We have many supplies including ice, propane refills, food, clothing, and RV supplies you may purchase from our General Store. Please come to the Clubhouse or call the front desk for a list of items that can be purchased.

·        To utilize the tennis/pickle ball/basketball court, you must sign up for your desired play time at the Front Desk.  We also have golf carts, kayaks, canoes, and Jon boats for fishing available to rent by the hour or by the half-day.
