The waterfront is open and accessible to all. Utilities – Town water supply – metered 30 amp electrical service – sewer hook-up with on-site pumping included. Close To Town ? About one mile to town. Walk or drive to laundry, food stores, restaurants, gift shops and a movie theatre. Also close to area rentals, lake and mountain attractions. Boating ? Located on 15 mile Long Lake with access to Sebago Lake through historic Songo Locks. Limited boat docks and mooring space available.
