Park Rules & Directions

Park Rules & Regulations

1. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Monthly rates are not prorated at the first & 15th of the month and must be paid in full.
2. This is a family park. A maximum of 2 adults per RV site are allowed.
3. Park speed limit is 10 mph. Please do not exceed it and watch for children.
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
5. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles or any repairing of vehicles inside the park.
6. All campsites must be kept clean and free of trash. Please use the trash receptacles provided. Do not let trash accumulate on your site. Monthly tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
7. No wood burning fires are permitted. Propane or electric fire pits are permitted.
8. No decks or additions may be made to the RV site or space unless approved by management.
9. No blocking/parking in common areas or fire lanes.
10. No external air conditioners or other appliances (other than those provided in the RV) may be placed on your site. No external grills or ice chests or other bulky items may be placed on your site.
11. No trailers (other than those attached to your RV), boats or off-road vehicles of any kind may be parked.
12. No motorcycles may be parked in the RV site.
13. No storage sheds (12.5x45) or self-storage (10x10) units are permitted.
14. A maximum of two (2) vehicles (including motorcycles & golf carts) may be parked per site. There is no additional parking available.
15. The Good Shepherd RV Park address MAY NOT be used to receive personal or business mail. You may use a post office box or some other address for your mail. You may receive packages through all delivery services.
16. You may NOT assign or sublet your site. You are being provided a service agreement. You are NOT under a landlord/tenant agreement.
17. Management is not responsible for accidents, loss of property by fire, theft, wind, flood or any other act of nature.
18. Management reserves the right to refuse service, provide services to property owners under special conditions, or terminate any rental agreement.
19. No FEMA trailers are allowed.
20. All RVs must be self-contained.
21. Under Texas Penal Code 30.05, anyone who fails to comply with these rules or other requests by management may result in immediate eviction, without compensation, by occupying a site in Good Shepherd RV Park, you agree to abide by these rules & regulations and to willingly leave immediately if asked to do so.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES OR OTHER REQUESTS BY MANAGEMENT MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION, WITHOUT COMPENSATION. BY OCCUPYING A SITE IN GOOD SHEPHERD RV PARK, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES & REGULATIONS AND TO WILLINGLY LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF ASKED TO DO SO.
