We have many new features for 2025, including luxury Yurts & Safari Tents, Premium RV turf sites, Park Model sites, outdoor movie theater, a newly renovated Rec Center, Pickle Ball Court, along with construction of 19 new rental Cottages & Pavilion. North Fork Cottages & RV Resort is the largest privately owned resort on Long Island and we are minutes from downtown Greenport, local beaches, and several North Fork wineries & breweries.
