The Place
Kiosk based, solar powered RV park located just 1/2 mile off I84 in Eastern Oregon. Easy access off of highway 207 with 49 units and 42 being pull through. some up to 90 feet long so we are big rig friendly. We are using the first of it’s kind PhAgr sewer treatment system that allows us to reuse the waste water in our landscaping trees and bushes. Come stay or one night or move in full time. Super fast Wi-Fi up to 100Mb. Two bathrooms and a 3 machine laundry is available for our guest use.
Park Rules & Directions
Camping rules and guides.
1. Check-in time 2:00 P.M. Check-out Time 12:00 P.M. (noon). The power will automatically be cut off to your campsite at the check-out time on your check-out day. If you are a long term renter, rent must be paid before check-out in order to keep your campsite reserved. PLEASE DO NOT OVERSTAY PAST CHECKOUT TIME. VEHICLES THAT HAVE OVERSTAYED ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING.
2. Quiet hours. 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Quiet hours are intended to afford residents and guests a nice night’s sleep.
3. Wi-Fi. There is both a 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal available for your use. The password is PanelView2020 for both signals.
4. Maximum 8 people per campsite. The first two adults and up to six children under age 18 are included in the base price. Daily rate for each additional adult is per day. Monthly rate for each additional adult is per month.
5. Electric Equipment. Limit sound from electronic equipment, including radios, to your campsite only. Keeping you voice down is also appreciated by your neighbors.
6. Pets. Quite, well-behaved pets are welcome. For the protection of other pets and fellow campers, please keep pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Please confine pet business to the pet area located in the South East corner of the park and pick up your pet’s waste immediately after the pet relieves itself. Pets may be off leash only in the fenced pet area or inside RVs. Please DO NOT allow your pet to do their business on the turf. Please do not leave barking dogs inside RVs unattended or ANY dog outside unattended.
7. Respect your neighbors. Please don’t walk or allow you pets to walk across other campers’ campsites. Parents are responsible for their children at all times and children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
8. Washing. Washing of RVs and/or vehicles is limited to twice a month and not within 48 hours of check-out.
9. Campfires; BBQ and Grilling. Wood burning is prohibited at all times. Gas propane fires is allowed on cement or gravel areas only. You may barbeque or grill only in the cement BBQ tables provided at each campsite. Try not to drip grease on the table, and clean thoroughly after each use.
10. Visitors. Your visitors are always welcome at Panelview RV Park, provided they read and adhere to all park rules. Rules are presented at time of check-in. All your visitors must leave the park by 10 p.m.
11. Generators. Do not run your generators during quiet hours. You may run your generator once per week during the day for maintenance.
12. Smoking. Smoking is prohibited in any building or within 25 feet of any building. Cigarette butts, cigar butts and chew packets are garbage so please place them in a dumpster and NOT on the ground. Please make sure that all cigarette butts are fully extinguished.
13. Speed limit. 10 mph throughout the park. No motorcycles, motor-bikes or mopeds are allowed, except to enter or leave the park. All other motorized vehicles must be approved by management prior to use and operated by a licensed driver.
14. Garbage. Please place garbage in designated dumpster areas throughout the park. If one dumpster is full, please use one of the other dumpsters and do not stack your garbage on the ground around a dumpster.
15. Restrooms, showers and Laundry. These facilities are located at the South West end of the park and available ONLY to our registered guests and NOT visitors. Please clean up after yourself. No hand laundry or dishwashing is permitted in restrooms. PLEASE do not wash pet items in the washers or dryers NOT designated as a pet washer and dryer. A designated washer and dryer is provided for you for your pet items for your convenience.
16. Extending your stay. If campsites are available, you may extend your stay past your scheduled check-out time by going to the Kiosk at least 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled checkout and swiping your card to make the payment for the additional days. It is NOT the camp host’s responsibility to track you down to have to collect the rental payment.
17. Firearms. Legally licensed fire arms are permitted when stored in your unit. No open or concealed carry of firearms is allowed in park, even with concealed weapons permit.
18. Violations. Except as provided below, violations of the rules, regulations and/or policies are handled as follows: 1st violation will receive a written warning; 2nd violation will receive a written warning; 3rd violation will result in resident(s), guest(s) or visitor(s) being asked to leave the park and remove their unit from the park within 2 hours
Disclaimer: NOTWITHSTANDING THE NOTICE PROVISIONS ABOVE, THIS IS PRIVATELY OWNED RV PARK AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT THE USE OF ANY PARK FACILITY AND MAY ASK THAT YOU LEAVE FOR ANY REASON THEY SEE FIT. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WHEN THERE IS NO VIOLATION, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED ANY UNUSED DAYS. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK AS A RESULT OF A VIOLATION, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. ALL PUBLIC LAWS AND ORDINANCES SHALL BE OBEYED WITHIN THE PARK. REGISTERED GUESTS USE THE PARK FACILITIES AT THEIR OWN RISK. PARK OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR THEFT OF GUEST PROPERTY. PARK OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS DUE TO FIRE, FLOOD, THEFT OR ACCIDENT. IF ANY DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE PARK, BUILDINGS OR ITS ASSETS BY YOU, YOUR GUEST OR YOUR VISITORS THE COST OF THAT DAMAGE WILL BE BILLED TO THE REGISTERED GUEST’S CREDIT CARD. IF AMOUNTS ARE LEFT UNPAID, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE PARK IN THE FUTURE AND THE BILL WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY. PARK STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS.
ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, DISORDERLY OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RENTAL RIGHTS AT PANELVIEW RV PARK.
