Park Rules & Directions
HOUSE RULES / POLICIES
Guest shall abide by the following rules and regulations while occupying the Premises:
Guest will not obstruct the driveways, sidewalks, courts, entry ways
Guest will not hang any laundry, clothing, sheets, etc. from any window, rail, porch or dry any of same within any yard area or space.
Guest's family and guests shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other residents in the immediate area.
Guest will deposit all trash, garbage, rubbish or refuge in the locations provided.
No refunds will be issued for early departure or late arrival.
Guest will abide by and be bound by all rules and regulations affecting the Premises or the common areas of the Premises which may be adopted or promulgated from time to time by Landlord.
NO vicious animals allowed. All pets must be kept on a leash and must use designated pet areas.
Campers must pick up after their pet or a .00 fine will be imposed and paid by the guest. NO EXCEPTIONS. Dog walking area is provided along with bags for waste removal. Guest is responsible for disposing in the Waste Dumping area.
Absolutely, NO fighting. Fighting will result in eviction of the entire party on your site. NO warnings.
NO possession or use of illegal drugs allowed. Violation of this will result in eviction of the entire party on your site. NO warnings.
Do not block the roadway and do not park on other RV/camper/primitive camp sites.
Units with slide-outs, must keep the slide-out compartment within your site boundary.
Quiet hour is 11:00 p.m., please respect other campers. Generators must be off by 11:00 p.m.
Absolutely, NO clotheslines are allowed on any sites throughout the campground.
Campfires must always be attended. Please extinguish fires before leaving your site or going to bed.
Campers must clean their site before leaving. A trash dumpster is provided on the East corner of the front row as you leave the campground.
Do NOT dispose of wastewater or gray water, on the ground. Incidents of this nature may result in a fine of ,000.00 from the Alabama Department of Health and/or EPA.
NO firearms or fireworks of any type are allowed on the campgrounds. Fireworks are not good for roof tops or other campers.
Golf carts and 4-wheelers are welcome at the campground. However, the Speed Limit is 10 m.p.h. throughout the campgrounds and must always be obeyed.
NO Swimming Pools of any type allowed.
Please use caution while walking through the campground, as there may be extension cords, water hoses, electrical receptacles, and other hazards, that may cause injury due to the large amount of people in the campground.
All sites are to be occupied by the person making the original reservation and are not transferable to another party, whether you are leaving early or due to any other conditions.
Limits: One camping unit of any type, RV, 5th wheel, etc., or tent, per site and only one travel vehicle allowed per site. Additional vehicles may park at the front parking area, and must display a parking permit for the same time as the original reservation holder for an additional per vehicle. Absolutely no encroaching into other customer’s rented site or any vacant site.
Rates are based on two person occupancy for RV Sites, and single person occupancy for al lodging sites, additional persons must be reported in the reservation and must be approved by management for an additional fee.
Campsites - check-in time is after 3 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Rooms and Cabins - checkout before 11:00am. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs are often possible, depending on availability. Contact us by email to check availability. Extra charges may apply.
We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation.
Minimum 5 night’s stay during NASCAR Race Week(s). Rooms and Cabins are a minimum 2-night stay for advanced One-night stays may be possible depending on availability, but reservations will not be taken for one-night stays. Contact us for more details.
We will attempt to honor your reservation for a specific site/unit, but there may be times that this is not possible. Should a site/unit change be necessary you will be placed in an equivalent site/unit. Whenever possible we will attempt to notify you of the change prior to your arrival.
ONLY fiberglass or PVC flag poles are allowed. NO exceptions.
All motorized vehicles, golf carts, and ATVs must be kept on the driveway area while in the park.
Do not cut through the campsites. You will incur a charge of if you run over or break a hook-up.
Furnished Lodging such as but not limited to, Rustic Cabins, Studio Cabins, Tiny Homes, Campers and the such will be left as found free of debris, and all linen provided or said Guest will be charged a fee according to Damage or theft to the credit card on file or deducted from deposit if applicable.
Mailbox Rental: A refundable deposit for Mail Box will be taken, if a key is not returned upon departure the deposit will be forfeited by the Guest.
Photos/Videos of activities on property for marketing purposes are permitted by Guest.
If lot rent is not paid in full on the due date, at three days past due campers will be removed at the camper owner’s expense with no eviction notice needed. All abandoned (three days) campers/cars/trailers/boats/etc. will be towed at owner's expense. Vehicles without up-to-date registration will be towed at owner's expense. All items towed will be by Jeff's Towing & Recovery 256.453.3174 or a towing company of our choice.
All reservations are limited to 89 days with a required 24 hour check out of the property. Customers may not declare residency or domicile at the address of 4889 Speedway Boulevard Lincoln, AL 35096. Renting a P.O. Box at this property does not constitute residency or domicile.
Regardless of the length of the customers stay, or the renewal of a reservation, the customer will only sign the Terms and Conditions Policy once and will be applied to all future reservations.
Section 35-15-30 of Alabama code 1975 - Removal of guest from recreational vehicle park for certain conduct(a) As used in this section, the term recreational vehicle park means a place set aside and offered by a person, for direct or indirect remuneration of the owner, lessor, or operator of the place, for the parking, accommodation, or rental of five or more recreational vehicles or tents. The term includes buildings and sites set aside for group camping and similar recreational facilities.(b) The operator of a recreational vehicle park may request a guest of the park who, while on the premises of the park, illegally possesses or deals in a controlled substance, as defined in Section 20-2-2; who disturbs the peace and comfort of other persons; or who causes damage to the park, to leave the park.(c) The operator of a recreational vehicle park may notify a guest who commits any of the acts in subsection (b) that the park no longer desires to entertain the guest and may request the guest immediately depart from the park. The notice shall be given in writing. If the guest has paid in advance, the park operator, at the time the notice is given, shall tender to the guest the unused portion of the advance payment. Any guest who remains or attempts to remain in the park after being requested to leave pursuant to this subsection is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (d) The operator of the park shall employ all reasonable and proper means to care for any personal property left on the premises by a guest who has been removed as a result of this section and refund any unused portion of moneys paid by the guest for the occupancy of the premises.

WAIVER/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that I wish to utilize and enjoy the premises known as Talladega Pit Stop and its natural surroundings ("Premises"), including I am aware that outdoor activities (such as swimming, rock climbing, and hiking) and the use of any equipment, shelter, or other facilities (including, for example, tents, cabins, campfires, and grills) can be hazardous. I am also aware that natural occurrences (such as lightning, high winds, rainstorms, flash floods, tornados or other foul weather may occur) and wildlife (such as bears, snakes, and Yellow Jackets) can be unpredictable and dangerous, and that consuming animals, vegetation, water, and other substances found on or around the Premises can be harmful. I acknowledge that I have read and will adhere to the attached list of cautions and further agree to abide by any rules or regulations and to follow any guidelines or instructions that the owners of the Premises may provide orally or in writing. I understand that adhering to the list of cautions or abiding by such rules, regulations, guidelines, or instructions does not guarantee my safety. I hereby assume all risks of injury, loss of life, and damage to persons or property (including pets). I further release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of the premises, including without limitation Talladega Pit Stop, as well as their owners and employees, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses, or compensation of whatever nature in connection with any loss, damage, or injuries to persons and property caused or sustained by me, members of my family, my guests, or pets.
I also certify that I am the parent, legal guardian, supervisor, or responsible person of minor children if applicable herein listed at reservation.
I assume all risks and responsibilities for the safety and well-being of such minor child(ren) and am entering into this Liability Waiver and Indemnity on behalf of such minor child(ren). In the event I become incapacitated or am unable to give instructions or otherwise make my wishes known, I give the Owners and any of their agents, representatives, or other persons acting on their behalf, full power and authority to make any decisions, contact any persons, or otherwise perform any actions that they may deem necessary and appropriate under the circumstances. I specifically understand and acknowledge that my giving of such authority does not create any obligation on the Owners to make any decisions, contact any persons, or otherwise perform any actions on my behalf. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owners from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses, or compensation of whatever nature in connection with any action taken or not taken by them on my behalf.
This Liability Waiver and Indemnity is binding on me, my heirs, agents, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and other persons acting or purporting to act on my behalf. My estate or I will
reimburse the Owners for any and all costs and attorneys' fees in defending any lawsuits or claims filed by me or on my behalf. In case of an emergency, I have will/have provided here on this booking tool contact information. I have read the Liability Waiver and Indemnity statements above and the attached Rules / Regulations / and Cautions and agree to be bound by / adhere to them:
By completing this booking telecommunication/virtually, I hereby accept and acknowledge all rules, policies and waivers and risks by being on the property for myself and or additional guests with my booking. described herein, regardless of physical signing of said waiver in person. Acceptance is electronic booking, verbal acceptance, or physical presence at property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our standard cancellation policy is 2 days prior to your reservation date of arrival for campsites and 7 days prior to your arrival for tiny homes and cabins.
If you cancel within the given time stated above prior to arrival you will be charged a administration fee.
If you cancel less than the allotted time to your reservation date you will be charged 50% of your reservation total.
If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount.
If you cancel any cancelation less than 24 hours during race week/special events results in no refund.
We accept all major credit cards. We DO NOT accept any checks. Rates and policies are subject to change.
By accepting this agreement, in person or via telecommunications, physical as evidenced by payment you accept the terms and conditions of rules and policies as they pertain to conduct and agree to the following:
REFUND POLICY
Based on the cancellation policy if you are eligible for a refund that will come by means of a credit card refund that can take up to 72 hours on average to complete less any processing fees associated with the booking. Cancellation fees may be applicable depending on the cancellation policy at time of booking.
Or if paid for in cash at time of booking, a check will be issued within 2 weeks of said cancellation or camp credit. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given.
