It is the intent of the Treeland Farm RV Park to maintain a clean, friendly, peaceful, enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests and visitors! Please help us to observe the following:
Ø Check-in time is 1pm, Check-out time is 11pm daily.
Ø Remember, this is your home temporarily and our home permanently. Please respect it at all times, respect the rights of others, and stay within the campground boundaries.
Ø Please keep your space clean of all trash and cigarette butts (the gravel, grass and concrete pads are not your ashtrays).
Ø Quiet Time is 11:00PM to 8AM – please be considerate of others. We simply ask that you turn off your radios and music, use your inside voices, and make sure that children under 18 are at their site.
Ø Visitors must register at the office with a maximum of 4 per site. A visitor pass is valid from 8am – 11pm. Please remember that you are responsible for the actions of your guests.
Ø Children are very special to us. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children, please don’t leave them unattended. All children and teenagers must be at their campsite by 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends.
Ø Golf Carts & Motorized Recreational Vehicles – We have had many problems with golf cart rules and etiquette. Our rules are designed for the safety of everyone, so please help us maintain a safe and peaceful park by abiding by them.
Ø The park speed limit is 5mph for the safety of all of our 2 and 4 legged friends.
Ø If it is a privately owned golf cart/vehicle, drivers MUST have a valid driver’s license to drive a cart on Treeland property. If the cart is rented from Treeland’s the driver MUST be at least 25 years of age. No exceptions.
Ø If our staff gives a 2nd warning for any renter of a Treeland Golf Cart, the cart will be confiscated with no refund given and the rental earned fully for reserved time period.
Ø Private carts that do no abide by park rules will not be allowed on the park premises.
Ø No motorized vehicles on any of the walking trails. Please do not drive carts across or park on any lawn areas (i.e. up to the pool gates). Carts must stay on designated cart paths at Treeland RV Resort and Treeland “The Original” resort. Remember, we are not a go-cart track.
Ø Damage or destruction of our property will be paid for by the destructor – if the destructor is a visitor the site renter is held responsible.
Ø Fireworks are not allowed on property, and will not be tolerated.
Ø The Pool is there for your enjoyment, so please adhere to our simple guidelines. Swimming is at your own risk as there is not a lifeguard on duty. Please do not bring glass or pets into the pool area. Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.
Ø Firewood is sold at the lodge for your convenience– please do not cut any of the trees or bushes at the park. We also do not allow firewood to be brought in per state law, this is for the protection of our trees against beetle infestation and Ash Borer – save our trees!
Ø Fires must be contained in the fire rings provided for you. Please be responsible and make sure the fire is dead upon retiring for the evening – we don’t want a visit from Smoky the Bear.
Ø Recreational Equipment is provided free of charge for your use. Please check out and return all equipment at the main lodge. Please respect the equipment and inform the office if there is a problem with any equipment or users of our equipment. Thank you!
PET POLICY:
Ø Pet owners are responsible for the clean-up of their pet. Please, if they poop, you scoop. It’s not nice to step in it.
Ø To maintain the peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere at the park, please do not allow your dog to bark at any time.
Ø Our common areas are reserved for humans only. Please do not bring your dog to the office, the laundry room or pool/recreation area, and lastly do not bathe them in the shower facilities.
Ø Please do not tie up your pet and leave it unattended – your pet and your neighbors will be appreciative.
Ø No more than 2 pets at any site
Ø Pet owner must have a valid veterinarian health certificate, including a proof of rabies vaccination ready at check-in.
TREELAND FARM RV PARK CANCELLATION POLICY
Ø BOOKING FEES: A non-refundable booking fee is due immediate when making a reservation 9 months or more in advance. When your reservation is used, the booking fee is deducted from your final bill.
Ø DEPOSITS; A deposit check must be mailed and received by us within 10 days of making your reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival, may have deposit put on credit card. That deposit will be posted and fully earned, 24 hours after making your reservation, with a confirmation being sent out by email, fax or US Mail service.
Ø Reservations for daily stays will have a deposit due of . Weekly stays will have a deposit due of 0. Spring and Fall “Specials” deposit is 0. Seasonal sites deposit is 00. We are not responsible for weather conditions.
Ø CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations made 14 days or less from the day of arrival or rental date, shall forfeit their deposit and booking fee 100%. All cancellations 15 days or more from the arrival or rental date; guests shall receive a rain check for the amount of their deposit and booking fee if applicable, to be used within 24 months of cancellation date.
Ø RESERVED DATES: To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved. Please check confirmation arrival and departure dates.
Ø PAYMENT MODE: We except cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard. We offer discounts for not using credit cards to pay bill – discount applies to site rental only. All rates are subject to State of Wisconsin sales tax at 5.5%.
