The following rules and regulations are designed to ensure that all guests have a quiet, pleasant and relaxing visit. Please enjoy your stay with us!
*Check In is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM & Check out is before 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. All guets must register at the front office if arriving during business hours. All RV's must be escorted to their site by park staff. Moving to another site or re-positioning RV's must be approved and directed by park staff. Vehicles (cars, trucks, ATV's, etc.) must be parked at their registered site. Visitors are required to check in to the front office after entering the park.
*A maximum of 6 persons are permitted to each space for a maximum of 6 nights. A maximum of 5 persons (maximum 4 adults) are permitted at each space for a maximum of two weeks. Any additional persons is .00 per person.
*The speed limit is 15 MPH and will be strictly enforced. Please be aware of pedestrians and animals in roadways.
*Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you let us know, the better your chance of keeping the site. Please note: we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to keep the same site due to previous reservations.
*A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hook-ups. Do not jam your sewer hose all the way down the inlet as it can prevent flow from other sites and could stop up the line. If you do not have a sewer hose seal, we have them available for purchase in the office. Please keep your sewer hose in storage until you are ready to dump. Please report any sewage spills to management immediately regardless of the hour. There is a minimum charge for all clean-up.
*No parking on roadways. If there is not enough room to park at your site, please ask us for assistance. Parking in an empty space is not permitted.
*Appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, washers/dryers are not permitted outside. Boats and other flatbed trailers are not permitted to be parked in spaces. Clothes lines and hanging of laundry is not permitted. Generators are not allowed onsite unless prior approved by management or there is a power outage
*No trimming or wood gathering from trees or you could be charged for the damages. Please do not allow children to climb trees.
*No repairs/maintenance will be allowed onsite. If your RV is in need of repair/maintenance, we will provide you with a certified mechanic in Moriarty, NM who may be able to help you. RV/Auto/Truck washing is permitted with management approval and fee. ATV's and motorcycles are permitted as long as they are not loud and annoying our other guests.
*Charcoal bags are available for purchase in the office.
*Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children's safe conduct and any injuries or damage that they incur or cause. Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group.
*Please respect privacy of fellow guests - DO NOT walk through occupied sites.
*During the Spring and Summer season there are venomous snakes in the area, While walking in the park, if you spot a snake, please move quickly away from the area and notify management immediately.
*No smoking in the Amenities building, this includes the restrooms, showers, and laundry room.
*Please do not take picnic tables from their site under the canopies.
*No tents are allowed at RV sites. We have designated tent sites for dry camping.
*Be sure to close awnings when you leave your rig unattended. Strong winds can come about suddenly and cause severe damage.
*Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined my management. Please leave restrooms and laundry as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify someone in the office.

*Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Guests and their visitors agree to use campground at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property.
